Six Wins provides team rankings, predictive ratings (JPI), and related college basketball statistics and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. The Site is currently free to use and does not require an account to access.

Nothing on Six Wins — including rankings, predicted ratings, the Edge Finder tool, or any comparison to betting markets — constitutes betting, gambling, or financial advice. All predictions and models are inherently uncertain and can be wrong. You are solely responsible for any decisions, including wagers, you make based on information from this Site. Six Wins is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, ranking, or prediction. Statistics are sourced from third parties and our own models, and both can contain errors or be updated or corrected without notice. We also don't guarantee the Site will be available at all times, free of interruptions, or free of technical errors.

The JPI rating methodology, site design, and original written content on Six Wins are the property of Six Wins. You may reference or link to the Site, including for commentary, journalism, or fair use citation, but may not systematically scrape, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's data or design without permission.

Six Wins may link to or reference third-party websites and data providers. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six Wins and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or losses from wagers or other decisions — arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Six Wins' operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
